Here is more about my trip to Riga in February 2016. You could already read about my travel from tweets and in the LGBT clubs post.
I didn’t do everything I have planned for my Riga trip. I did visit the book fair, saw some wooden architecture, went to the Museum of the Occupation and the Golden club. 2/3 things are done. Yay.
See my trip through those 10 photos. I just mainly walked, wherever I wanted.
Park by the National Opera.
Museum of the Occupation of Latvia 1940-1991
Park and Monument of Freedom
The Old Town in Riga
Riga. Made while going to the Golden club.
A walk on the bridge over Daugava River on my (long walk) way to the bookfair.
National Library in Riga. On the way to the bookfair.
Still on the way to the bookfair.
Wooden house in Riga. Somewhere on the way to the bookfair.
Bookfair in Riga was actually a very small event. And I was happy that I didn’t spend there a lot of time.
I spent a lovely 2 days in Riga, and I want to come back there soon. And see more.
Did you go to Riga? What was your opinion on the city?
